Cityblock seeks a Senior Manager, People Technology & Operations to own the Workday-centered ecosystem, balancing hands-on configuration with strategy. You will lead automation and AI initiatives, partner with People, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to scale HR systems and ensure compliance.

You will translate People strategy into working systems, drive data integrity, and establish governance while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Workday and HRIS projects.
• Leadership experience managing HRIS or People Operations teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday administration, configuration, security, and release management.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled improvements across People Ops.
• Define and execute the People technology roadmap with leaders.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and cross-system integrations.
