Cityblock Health is seeking a Senior Manager for People Technology & Operations to own the Workday-centered ecosystem and lead automation initiatives across People operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role balancing technical execution with strategic leadership.

You will lead a team, partner with People Leadership, IT, and Security to ensure compliant, scalable systems that support the employee lifecycle and data governance, while championing responsible AI adoption and process

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in HR technology and operations.
• Proven ability to lead HR technology projects and system implementations.
• Experience with Workday configuration, security, and integrations.
