Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Technology to drive HRIS initiatives and optimize our People systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and lead projects from conception to implementation.

As SME for Workday and related modules, you will ensure data integrity, oversee UAT and upgrades, and champion user-friendly process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday.
• Experience with HCM, Core/Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Journeys, Learning.
• Experience with Paradox is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Technology projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Serve as SME and admin for People Tech systems; ensure data integrity.
• Provide leadership in UAT and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve UX.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support production issues with case management and root-cause analysis.
• Guide the team on best practices for system usage and process improvements.
