Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Workforce Management & Pay Technology to drive the HR tech vision across our digital landscape. You will partner with Technology, HR, Legal, Operations and Finance to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include owning the technical backlog, guiding features, participating in discovery, and ensuring delivery quality. Requires 5+ years in product ownership and UKG/Workday payroll experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years in Product Owner or similar role
• Experience with Workforce Management systems (UKG)
• Experience with payroll systems (Workday)
• Proven ability to own roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery

Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Product Backlog and prioritize features as SME
• Guide the roadmap for HRIT/Workforce Management & Pay Technology
• Provide SME-level technical guidance to Agile Teams
• Participate in discovery sessions for new features
• Track deliverable timelines and communicate dates to stakeholders
• Ensure quality through validation and testing pre/post launch
