Formación

• 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting POS systems and restaurant technology.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Experience managing software releases, configurations, and cross-functional implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of complex restaurant technology apps and integrations.
• Establish and promote coding standards, dev best practices, and governance.
• Perform detailed solution design and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech landscape.
• Collaborate with business and tech leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage technical risk.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
