Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst in People Operations to oversee training compliance reporting. You will monitor regulatory trainings, improve data quality, and support analytics across compliance programs using Excel, Power BI, and Workday platforms.

You will partner with leaders to drive accountability and ensure training meets company standards and legal requirements, while contributing to broader People Operations reporting and systems improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years in HR, employment compliance or data analysis.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with LMS (Docebo/Workday Learning), HRIS (Workday) and ServiceNow.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for large data sets.
• Alteryx experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reporting resource for Workday Learning in Compliance.
• Develop and improve reports and dashboards using Excel, Alteryx, Power BI.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and accountability.
• Prepare reporting for senior leadership on training compliance.
• Support data quality and audits across People Operations.
