Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology to lead the design and delivery of advanced restaurant technology solutions in our Columbus, OH office. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and partner with stakeholders to ensure technology investments align with business goals.

The role emphasizes ownership of technical governance, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration, with in-office work four days a week and remote Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting POS systems, restaurant technology platforms, and related enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, and process automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Experience managing software releases, system configurations, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
• Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives while balancing project execution with strategic business priorities.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrated technical ownership, with experience mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex restaurant technology applications and integrations.
• Establish and promote coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance.
• Perform detailed solution design and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology landscape.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage technical risk.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
