Job summary
Guild, headquartered in Denver with flexible remote options, is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and daily operation of Workday and related systems. Qualifications
- 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
- Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in efficiency or service quality.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting audits with access and change controls.
- Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates.
