Job summary

Activision is seeking a Senior People Tech Analyst to lead Workday configuration and HRIS initiatives in a remote US setting. You will partner with HR leaders to design, implement and optimize technology solutions across global Core HR, Absence and Time Tracking modules, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience required.
3+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM and other modules required.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
Provide consultative guidance combining system expertise and process knowledge for configuration and ongoing HR support.
Design, develop, and implement technology solutions with HR stakeholders to improve efficiency and compliance.
Support HR System upgrades including design, testing, documentation, and training.
Provide technical support for HR application issues and maintain documentation and SOPs.
Support HR Technology projects including planning, configuration, testing, and change management.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
