Activision Blizzard, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Tech Analyst to lead Workday configurations and optimize HR processes in a remote setting across the USA. You will partner with the Senior Manager, People Technology to enhance core HR ops and global modules.

Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking is essential, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and scalable solutions. Remote work aligns with our distributed HR technology team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience required.
• 3+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM and other modules.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance blending system expertise and process knowledge to advise on configuration and ongoing support for global Core HR processes.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions with HR leaders to increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance user experience.
• Support HR System upgrades and enhancements, including design, testing, training and change management.
• Provide technical support for HR application issues.
• Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and SOPs.
• Support HR Technology projects with planning, configuration, testing, training, and rollout.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
