Job summary

Activision Blizzard Inc. is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst (Workday) to support and optimize HR tech across a global platform. The role is remote in the USA and focuses on configuring Workday HCM, guiding HR processes, and delivering complex projects with accuracy and speed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRIS, hands-on Workday production experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will partner with HR leaders to drive efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience.
• 3+ years in a Workday production environment including Core HCM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance on configuration and ongoing support for global Core HR processes.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Support Workday upgrades, testing, training, and change management.
• Establish HR Systems documentation and SOPs.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery for HR technology initiatives.
• Provide technical support for HR application issues.
