• 5+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience.
• 3+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance combining system expertise and process knowledge for Core HR configuration and ongoing support.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to increase efficiency and compliance in HR processes.
• Support HR System upgrades and enhancements including planning, design, testing, and training.
• Provide technical support for HR application issues and maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Lead HR technology projects from planning through change management and implementation.
