Job summary

Activision Blizzard, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Tech Analyst to support multi-functional HR tech projects with a focus on Workday configuration and optimization.

You will work with the Senior Manager, People Technology to drive efficiency, implement solutions, and ensure successful project delivery across the global HR landscape. This role requires strong Workday production experience, solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR tech/HRIS experience required.
• 3+ years in a Workday production environment (Core HCM and other modules) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of Workday HCM systems.
• Provide consultative guidance on configuration and ongoing support for global Core HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and SMEs to design, develop, and implement tech solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support HR system upgrades, including design, testing, training, and change management.
• Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and SOPs.
• Lead HR Technology projects from planning to delivery and completion.
