Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own configuration, administration, and ongoing improvements for Workday and other People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity across the platform.

The role requires 5–7 years configuring enterprise systems, a track record of leading improvement projects, and experience building and guiding a small team. SOC II knowledge and Agile practices are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access/change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates.
