Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own configuration, administration, and ongoing support for Workday and related systems. You will work with stakeholders to deliver solutions, ensure quality, and drive improvements across the People Tech landscape.

The role emphasizes hands-on system configuration, data integrity, and compliance with SOC II, paired with leadership of a small team and collaboration across functions. Location flexibility includes remote work within the US.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading a small team with coaching and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access/change controls.
Familiarity with Agile or similar iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current with system updates.
