Job summary
Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems in scope. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and process alignment.
You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, stay current on system updates, and support audits with access and change controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
- Strong understanding of business processes, with ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access and change controls.
- Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- As Senior Workday Manager, own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and alignment to business processes.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases for the systems in scope.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions within the functional area, and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.
