Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Optimization Senior Consultant in the McLean, VA area. You will manage the optimization program, lead design and development of optimized Workday solutions, and support production and deployment activities within the Workday Practice.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM 3 years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERP payroll systems, preferably post-production support.
• MINIMUM 2 years of work experience with Workday.
• Up to 25% travel with possible on-site support for key milestones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions from initial assessments to full transformations.
• Lead design and development of optimization solutions for customers.
• Provide production support and participate in deployments within the Workday Practice.
