Job summary

Guidehouse is hiring a Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Optimization Senior Consultant in the US (McLean, VA) with remote work options. You will lead design and development of optimization solutions, manage the Workday Practice optimization program, and guide assessments and deployments for client tenants.

The role requires at least 3 years in Workday Payroll (or ERP payroll), 2+ years with Workday, and up to 25% travel. A Workday certification and Microsoft Office expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years using Workday Payroll or ERP payroll (post-production preferred).
• Master's degree with at least 1 year using Workday Payroll or ERP payroll (post-production preferred).
• No degree? Seven years of Workday/ERP payroll experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments* Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support.
