Workday, Inc. is seeking a Principal PATTS Consultant to lead Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking implementations for public sector clients. You will deliver Workday product expertise, elicit requirements, configure solutions, and guide data conversions and integrations.

You’ll partner with clients to ensure production readiness and success across engagements. You will collaborate with Engagement Managers, mentor newer consultants, and communicate status, risks, and milestones while traveling up to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Payroll consulting or payroll operations experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or ADP.
• Experience in payroll, time & labor, and related HCM processes.

Responsabilités

• Elicit and document customer business requirements for payroll/workday implementations.
• Configure the Workday solution to meet documented requirements and test configurations.
• Document solutions for clients to reference and support data conversion.
• Support legacy data conversions and integrations with third-party systems.
• Assist client testing, validate results, and ensure data accuracy.
• Transfer workday system knowledge to customers to enable production use.
• Communicate forecasts, risks, and mitigations with the Engagement Manager, mentor junior staff.
