Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to own and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking (PATTS). You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to deliver compliant, scalable solutions and lead system enhancements and releases.

Hybrid/Remote role focused on payroll accuracy and employee experience across multiple states, with emphasis on SOX controls, reporting, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday experience, including 2+ years supporting Payroll.
• Strong U.S. payroll expertise in multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday design, configuration, and optimization for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Lead Workday releases, impact analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Provide Tier 3 support for payroll data issues and SOX controls.
