Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to own Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking (PATTS). You will design, implement, and optimize payroll and time processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and payroll accuracy for a large US workforce.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to lead releases, build reports, and provide tier-3 support, training, and SOX controls—driving adoption and system reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday experience including payroll
• Strong U.S. payroll expertise in multi-state environments
• Hands-on Workday configuration, reporting, and releases

Responsibilities

• Own design and optimization of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATTS)
• Lead semi-annual Workday releases, including impact analysis and testing
• Provide Tier 3 support, reporting, and SOX controls across the system
