Job summary

Strada in the United States seeks a Workday Consultant at Senior/Managing level to ensure timely client deliverables across Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking. You will consult with clients, tailor configurations, and lead projects spanning multiple domains.

You will collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and support sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert. Travel up to 50% and hold Workday PATT/PRO certification; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business/Math/HR/CS or related field.
• 3–7+ years consulting experience implementing Financials systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, UltiPro or other SaaS solutions).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with good prioritization.
• Workday PATT or PRO certification is required; Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking modules accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle for Workday Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking implementations.
• Deliver client projects on time and within scope across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Manage own work to project scope, timeline and budget; coordinate with team members as needed.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, recommend solutions, and share lessons learned with clients.
• Support internal initiatives to grow Strada brand and Workday ecosystem presence.
• Develop deep expertise in Workday Financials modules and guide less experienced colleagues.
