Job summary
Groundswell is seeking a Workday Integration Lead to drive the integration workstream for a complex Workday implementation supporting an Intelligence Community customer. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and deliver integrations across the Workday solution and broader enterprise ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings deep Workday integration expertise, enterprise middleware experience, and strong technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of enterprise tech experience with HRIS or integrations.
- 5+ years Workday implementation experience with integration leadership.
- Current Workday Pro certification and experience with Workday APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Integration workstream for the Workday implementation.
- Develop and manage integration strategy, plan, milestones, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
- Coordinate integrations between Workday and external systems and data sources.
- Lead a blended Groundswell and subcontractor integration team.
