Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will lead Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio based integrations, leveraging pre-built connectors and APIs to ensure accurate data flows and scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT and Finance, staying current with Workday releases, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring production

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years’ experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
• Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I Certification

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend applications.
• Design modular orchestrations, connect external APIs, and handle data processing.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio and web services.
• Leverage pre-built connectors to integrate Workday with third-party apps.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and Workday best practices.
• Build integration workflows to trigger HR, finance, payroll processes.
• Oversee deployment and production support of integrations.
• Ensure data migration accuracy and compatibility with external systems.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and apply necessary updates.
• Document integration workflows and maintain technical documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and analysts.
