Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal or external systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Workday’s integration tools, Extend & Orchestrate, and best practices to ensure accurate data flow across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations.
• 3+ years’ experience working on Workday Extend, 1+ year on Orchestrate, and 1+ year on Studio/Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, HR, finance, and more).
• Develop Workday Extend applications and configure Workday Orchestrate components.
• Create complex integrations with Workday Studio, REST/SOAP services, and data mappings.
• Leverage pre-built connectors such as Workday Cloud Connect for efficient integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align solutions with needs.
• Oversee deployment, data migration, and production support for integrations.
• Document workflows and provide training and guidance to team members.
