Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. You will leverage Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, and pre-built connectors to ensure accurate data flow across payroll, HR, finance, and third-party apps.

You will collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams, follow Agile practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years’ experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
• Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I Certification

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems, leading development per requirements.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Applications.
• Design modular Workday Orchestrate orchestrations and link external APIs.
• Develop complex integrations with Workday Studio and web services.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors for efficient integration.
• Customize integrations to meet business needs while following best practices.
• Build integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Oversee deployment of integrations to production with minimal downtime.
• Assist data migration and ensure data compatibility with external systems.
• Stay current with Workday releases and update integrations accordingly.
• Document workflows and provide training to team members.
