Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will implement complex solutions using Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, and Cloud Connect, while coordinating with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders.

The role emphasizes agile collaboration, data integrity, and ongoing support to ensure seamless data flows across payroll, benefits, and financial processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern
• 3+ years’ experience working on Workday Extend

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, benefits, HR, finance).
• Develop and configure Workday Extend applications.
• Design modular Workday Orchestrate orchestrations and manage data mappings.
• Develop complex integrations involving REST/SOAP web services and data transformation.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors for efficient integrations.
• Oversee deployment and production support of integration solutions.
