Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems, including payroll, HR, benefits and finance.

You will apply Workday Studio, Orchestrate, Extend and pre-built connectors, develop data mappings, manage deployments, and ensure data quality, security, and scalability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year working with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year working with Workday security and Core HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, HR, finance, etc.).
• Develop and configure Workday Extend applications.
• Design modular orchestrations, link external APIs, and manage error-handling and data processing.
• Develop complex integrations with Workday Studio, including web services and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integration.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Build integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Oversee deployment of integrations into production with minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migration and ensure legacy data aligns with Workday integrations.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and apply necessary updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and analysts to align solutions with business needs.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
