Ladders is seeking a Senior Adaptive Consultant to join our team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse global client base, leading complex Workday implementations and post-production support engagements.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually. You will gather requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and guide projects across multiple workstreams with a focus on client satisfaction and quality delivery.
Qualifications
- 4+ years leading Workday implementations or post-production support.
- Expertise in at least two planning areas such as reporting, security, or integrations.
- Proven ability to manage medium to large projects through full lifecycle.
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects and guide teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global client base.
- Lead sessions to gather requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Steer complex projects across multiple clients from start to finish.
- Share best practices and knowledge with clients and team.
- Manage scope, quality, and timelines while guiding team members.
- Research issues and present effective resolutions.
- Contribute to knowledge management through documentation.
