Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Solution Architect Manager, L7, to lead large-scale Workday implementations including HCM, Payroll, Finance and Inventory. Location is remote, enabling global delivery with client teams.

You will partner with sales and delivery to design, staffing and price solutions, and drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. Strong communication and senior stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in a technology environment with systems integration focus.
Minimum of 3 years delivering Workday HCM and/or Payroll and/or Finance (ERP).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; if an Associate’s degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance.
Collaborate with sales, delivery teams and experts to construct solutions.
Drive technology delivery sign-off with input on objectives, risk, and budget.
Work with sales and SMEs during the sales process and coordinate with delivery.
Staff and price solutions using Accenture tools and coordinate pricing.
Promote standards by coordinating with Legal, Commercial and Corporate Development.
