Job summary

UST seeks a Workday Certified Senior Integrations Consultant to bridge business and technical teams. You will apply your technical skills and business context to deliver integration solutions with a collaborative culture and a focus on helping customers succeed.

You will lead client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to delivery planning while advancing your Workday certifications. Remote US-based role with potential onsite visits and relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Workday integration certifications required plus at least one additional integration cert.
• Hands-on experience implementing Workday integrations and post-production support.
• 4+ years in HCM/ERP with EDI, Web Services, SOAP/REST/XML/XSLT and related tech.
• 3+ years integrating with third-party service vendors and consulting experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to work independently in a project frame.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and, on occasion, small projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status and risks.
• Mentor junior consultants and potentially lead teams.
• Contribute to delivery estimates and resource planning.
• Lead discovery sessions and produce high-level designs for integrations.
