Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring strategic oversight and delivery excellence.
• Develop, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Consultants and Architects.
• Collaborate with Integrations and Product leadership to influence practice direction.
• Provide oversight of project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communication.
• Lead escalation management to strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Guide pre-sales strategy and proposal development to support growth.
• Drive improvements in methodology, tools, processes, and delivery standards.
• Represent the team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning.
