Ladders is seeking a Senior Adaptive Consultant to join our team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse global client base, leading complex Workday implementations and post-production support engagements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually. You will gather requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and guide projects across multiple workstreams with a focus on client satisfaction and quality delivery.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Adaptive Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse global client base, leading complex implementations and post-production support engagements. The consultant will gather business requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and help clients optimize planning, reporting, security, and integration capabilities. This position also requires strong project leadership across multiple workstreams, with an emphasis on client satisfaction, quality delivery, and knowledge sharing.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure solutions for a diverse global clientele
• Conduct sessions to gather and analyze client business requirements, proposing tailored solutions
• Lead and prioritize complex projects across multiple clients independently
• Share insights and best practices from previous experiences with clients
• Manage project scope, quality, and timelines while guiding team members
• Research and resolve client issues, presenting effective solutions
• Contribute to knowledge management through documentation and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading Workday implementations or supporting post-production services
• Expertise in at least two planning areas such as reporting, security, or integrations
• Proven ability to manage medium to large projects through the entire lifecycle
• Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously in both support and leadership roles
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain quality without supervision
• Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and relationship building
