Job summary

Golden Technology, Inc. in St. Louis, MO seeks a Senior HRIT Analyst to manage HR technology platforms with a primary focus on Workday, security, reporting, and process optimization.

You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve HR operations through technology. The role covers system administration, data integrity, release management, reporting and dashboards, and training for HR users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Business/CS or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, HRIT, or related field.
• Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, security, or releases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day administration of HR systems including configuration, security, data maintenance, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions that improve HR processes and user experience.
• Maintains accuracy, integrity, and security of associate and organizational data within Workday and related HR applications.
• Identifies and resolves system issues, data discrepancies, access questions, and integration concerns; escalates complex issues as needed.
• Assists with system configuration, business process updates, workflow enhancements, and testing in non-production and production environments.
• Develops and troubleshoots reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR operations, audits, and decision-making.
• Supports Workday release management and communicates changes to stakeholders.
• Participates in HR technology projects, integrations, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Documents system processes, configuration decisions, test results, and SOPs.
• Provides guidance and training to HR users on system functionality and reporting best practices.
• Supports access reviews, security audits, compliance, and internal controls for HR systems.
