Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking an HRIS Specialist – HCM & Integrations to administer and optimize Workday HCM, security, integrations, and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology aligned with privacy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands‑on Workday HCM configuration
• Experience with Workday integrations across HR, Benefits and Payroll
• Strong governance, security, reporting frameworks and data integrity practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday HCM, security, reporting and integrations expert ensuring platform stability and best‑practice configuration
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM processes, security, tenant setup, reporting, and analytics
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, Studio, and DT
• Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards including RaaS for downstream systems
• Maintain integration reliability through monitoring, alerting, error handling, regression testing, and production support
• Develop advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards with calculated fields
• Configure security groups and policies aligned with data privacy requirements; coordinate with HR/Payroll/Finance/IT
• Identify automation and process improvements across lifecycle workflows, data governance, and compliance
• Lead test planning, defect resolution, documentation, user enablement, and continuous improvement across HRIS
