Job summary

Quaker Houghton seeks a Workday HRIS Lead to drive the roadmap and governance of our Workday platform across Core HCM, Security, Reporting, and Compensation. You will partner with integrations, lead projects end-to-end, and support testing, deployment, and post-production needs.

You will configure Workday, manage data governance and security, develop custom reports and dashboards, and create training materials to empower HR operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Develop and govern the Workday roadmap based on HR priorities.
• Provide hands-on expertise across HCM, Security, Reporting, and compensation.
• Define functional requirements and data mappings with integrations team.
• Lead Workday projects from requirements to deployment and support.
• Coordinate releases, data governance, security, and compliance.
• Create reports, dashboards, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday projects and enhancements end-to-end.
• Validate mass data changes with EIB.
• Provide Workday guidance for complex HR initiatives.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
• Partner with HR, Operations and COEs to standardize Workday solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams and external partners to deliver solutions.
