Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Talent Management & Learning Systems to lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR technology tied to talent management, learning, and performance processes.

This role acts as SME for Workday Talent & Performance, Learning, and Journeys, partnering with HR and stakeholders to ensure lifecycle programs are supported through automation, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, IS, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience, plus Workday Talent & Performance, Learning and/or Journeys.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Talent processes (performance cycles, calibration, assessments).
• Lead learning campaigns, training programs, and employee development workflows.
• Administer Workday Learning functionality and Journeys with content and security roles.
• Develop and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
