Job summary

Core Laboratories LP seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the Workday subject matter expert, driving administration, optimization, and support of Workday and related HR technologies. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to design scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and the employee experience.

The role leads HRIS projects, governance, reporting, and integrations while mentoring team members and delivering strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HRIS experience with Workday.
• 4–5 years advanced Workday experience across HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time, Performance, Learning, or Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Workday functional expert and escalation point for administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization across modules.
• Lead day-to-day HRIS operations with focus on reliability, data integrity, governance, and compliance.
• Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable HR tech solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to drive process improvements and user experience.
• Lead Workday releases, functionality, enhancements, and module implementations from configuration to post‑implementation support.
• Act as SME for Workday business processes, security, reporting, integrations, and EIBs.
