Job summary

Altera is seeking a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead to own and scale our Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions and ensure data integrity across the workforce data environment.

As the subject matter expert, you will translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions, drive governance, and enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Workday HCM experience with focus on integrations and/or reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Support operational excellence and enable informed decision-making through workforce data.
• Lead projects and provide technical direction to teammates on Workday projects.
