Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Solutions Architect – Workday to design, configure, and deliver enterprise Workday solutions within our HR technology ecosystem. You will partner with the PLAN team to evaluate requests, define scalable options, and provide accurate effort estimates for enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology with at least seven years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Five years of experience in architecture, technology architecture, and related IT disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise architecture and healthcare domain processes.
• Experience designing and delivering complex Workday solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate requests with PLAN team to assess feasibility and effort.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead cross-functional design across Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, and more.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and integrations.
• Provide technical assessments with timelines and dependencies.
• Mentor analysts and admins; ensure governance and standards.
• Lead testing and deployment readiness for Workday releases.
• Support Workday integrations via Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs.
