Job summary

PNC is seeking a Solution Architect within its HR Information Systems organization. You will work across multiple locations (Columbus/Cleveland, OH; Houston/Dallas, TX; Downers Grove/Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; East Brunswick, NJ; Birmingham, AL) to optimize Workday Learning and Talent configurations and support strategic HR objectives.

Qualifications

  • University degree required with 5+ years of relevant HRIS experience.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, in large organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design and implement the HRIS platform across the organization.
  • Consult on evaluation, analysis and design of HRIS initiatives and oversee projects.
  • Lead data input review and reporting to ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  • Recommend solutions to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
  • Provide end user support and coordinate with HR functions to optimize HRIS use.
  • Propose and implement more complex systems and technology solutions.

As a Solution Architect within PNC's HR Information Systems organization, you will be based in Columbus or Cleveland, OH; Houston or Dallas TX; Downers Grove or Chicago IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; East Brunswick, NJ or Birmingham, AL.

The role serves as the subject matter expert for the Learning and Talent Workday model and is responsible for ensuring proper configuration and execution within Workday to support the organization’s strategic priorities and business objectives. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to enhance existing configuration and processes, as well as implement new functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as SME for the Learning and Talent Workday module
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts within area of support.
  • Coordinate work efforts with stakeholders and assigned resources.
  • Identify new functionality and enhancements that will help support the priorities and objectives of stakeholders and the organization overall.
  • Remain current on Workday updates, including new features and changes to existing functionality.

Job Description
  • Analyzes, designs and implements the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, which may include system administration/support, improving the efficiency of data collection and acting as a subject-matter expert for applicable systems/processes. May coach/lead other analysts/associates.
  • Consults on the evaluation, analysis and design of HRIS for the organization and oversees complex activities and projects.
  • May lead review of data input, output and reports to ensure the accuracy of data in the HRIS.
  • Recommends solutions for improving the efficiency of data collection and reporting procedures.
  • Provides end user support and coordinates with other human resources functions to ensure that the HRIS is adequately and efficiently supporting the organization’s human resources practices; Leads process improvements where relevant.
  • Recommends and implements more complex systems and technology solutions.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $150,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
