Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong configuration experience in Core HCM & Security.
• Experience with Workday configuration including Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design, testing, and analysis.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving implementations, and delivering value-adding solutions.
• Exceptional technical aptitude and strong desire for learning new technologies and solution architectures.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your software development workflow?
• Experience with Workday integrations, Studio, API exposure, and modules like Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Talent/Performance is a plus.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or major system transformations is a plus.
• Experience in global and matrixed organizations is a plus.
• Experience designing workflows across different areas in the employment lifecycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks.
• Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and system controls across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption.
• Design and manage Workday security architecture (roles, domains, permissions).
• Ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Partner with IT and Security teams on access controls and risk mitigation.
• Integrate Workday with broader enterprise systems and automate cross-functional workflows.
• Drive scalable People processes through Workday and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and leverage AI tools to accelerate design and testing.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support testing strategies (UAT) and ensure high-quality deployments.
• Leverage AI to improve documentation and identify logic gaps.
• Troubleshoot Workday integrations and data flows; align architecture with platform engineers.
