Advocate Health is seeking a Workday HRIS/Security Analyst to join the People Systems team. You will configure, secure, and optimize Workday across the organization, delivering scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive reporting, governance, and process improvements, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities as appropriate. This role emphasizes security, data accuracy, and operational excellence across the teammate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business or related field.
• 2-4 years Workday/HRIS experience required.
• Experience configuring Workday modules: BP Framework, Security, Eligibility Rules, Notifications.
• Workday Security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules to support needs.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions with governance.
• Lead moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop and deploy Workday security roles, permissions, and reports.
• Manage user access and conduct security reviews.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and upgrades.
• Build advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
