Job summary

Activision Blizzard, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst, Labor (Remote) to partner with Labor Relations, Legal, and HR/technical teams in the US.

You will design and implement labor-related processes, ensuring they are defined, actionable, and scalable across global People Operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, mapping processes, and supporting system-based rollout in Workday and related tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Labor Operations, People Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Clarify labor-related requirements with Labor Relations, Legal, HRBPs, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align requirements with systems and workflows.
• Develop implementation plans and cross-functional rollout coordination.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and operational documentation.
• Support testing, validation, and training to embed changes into workflows.
