Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees, combining functional and technical expertise to deliver value.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, roadmap support, testing, documentation, and regression activities during Workday releases, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions and insights from data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years creating complex reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring Workday business processes and solutions.
• 3+ years with HR technology landscape including cloud/mobile tech.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors for defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Payroll technology needs coordinating with HR Partners and Shared Services.
• Build cross-functional relationships across HR Tech to ensure effective design and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into Workday solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead testing, documentation, and regression efforts for Workday releases.
• Generate reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
