CVS Health Corporation seeks a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to support HR and Payroll by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees. You will partner with HR and IT to drive the Workday core HCM roadmap, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure quality through testing and reporting.

The ideal candidate combines functional and technical expertise, works effectively with business partners, and helps shape governance and delivery across HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant HR/Workday expertise.
• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years building configurations, reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• 3+ years collaborating with HR technology landscape including cloud/mobile tech.
• Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and documenting solutions.
• 2+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to resolve defects promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to HR and Payroll for technology needs across HR orgs.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to design and implement solutions.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analyses, and documents functional designs.
• Configures Workday Core HCM and related business processes.
• Leads Workday release activities and regression testing coordination.
• Gathers metrics, generates reports, and supports data-driven decisions.
• Maintains updated project plans and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
