Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international staff.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, COEs, and HR Shared Services to design, configure, test, and release Workday enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, and creates functional designs and tests.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation and project plans for deliverables and timelines.
• Supports regression testing and communications around Workday releases.
