Job summary

Makse Group is seeking a Senior Manager to maximize the effectiveness of Workday HCM across HR initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment. You will lead planning, configuration, and optimization of core HR, talent management, compensation, and benefits processes to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive system enhancements, ensure compliant data management, and guide end-to-end Workday solutions while mentoring a team and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; Master's preferred.
• Workday HCM certification or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Knowledge of core HR, talent management, compensation and benefits within Workday.
• Experience leading Workday HCM projects and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday HCM modules.
• Manage system enhancements and upgrades related to Workday HCM.
• Provide expert guidance to resolve complex issues and optimize Workday functionality.
• Develop and implement best practices, standards and policies for Workday usage.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and data management laws.
• Lead training sessions and support end-users on Workday HCM.
• Stay current on industry trends to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants and IT teams to optimize performance.
• Serve as SME and trusted advisor on Workday HCM for leadership.
