Job summary

Makse Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements in Workday Financials, develop a high-performing team of consultants, and provide expert guidance on best practices. This role focuses on system configuration, business process optimization, and ongoing client support to ensure successful Workday implementations and enhancements.

You will mentor staff, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management and hands-on delivery success.
• 4+ years as an Implementation Manager or Systems Architect with Workday.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of financial systems, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Workday Certification is highly desired (Workday PRO preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage a team of consultants.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Financials best practices.
• Configure systems, optimize business processes, and support Workday implementations.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee data gathering, testing, and UAT.
• Identify opportunities for client enhancements and improvements.
