Job summary

Makse Group is hiring a Senior Manager to lead Workday Financials engagements, guide a team of consultants, and deliver expert configurations and best practices. The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering successful Workday implementations.

You will oversee system configuration, business process optimization, and client support, enabling ongoing enhancements and Workday adoption across multiple clients while traveling up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management.
• 4+ years as an Implementation Manager, or Systems Architect with Workday.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced report writing skills; experience building dashboards, validations, and calculated fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Current or previous Workday Certification highly desired; including Workday PRO.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and mentor a team of consultants.
• Manage Workday Financials engagements and share best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver Workday solutions.
• Develop configuration solutions, composite reports, and prototype systems.
• Modify business processes to align with client needs and best practices.
• Support testing, UAT, and data conversion efforts.
